The architect's idea was to create a very high quality mineral facade with a smoother texture than that of a traditional concrete solution.The architectural agence has chosen an external thermal insulation so as not to modify the surfaces of the renovated residential housing.Moreover, the choice of a wood frame wall associated with the Ductal cladding made it possible to meet environmental requirements.The ductal cladding allowed to offer a sustainable mineral facade with 16 mm thick panels. The panels also met requirements for aesthetics, cost and sustainability.
