The project is part of the development of a new district in Geneva, the largest private real estate project in Switzerland. This real estate project covers 11 hectares and provides for the construction of 280,000 m2 of gross floor area on 26 buildings.

Ductal® Cladding solution was used to protect the external thermal insulation and give the building a mineral elegance.

With large lightweight panels, the architect was able to manage a floor height without joints placing the panels vertically.

Ductal® helped to respect the construction planning thanks to the quick time installation of the panels made possible by the low number of fixing points per panel.

The facade of the new office building housing Platform Basket S.R.L in Poviglio, Italy is decked out in Ductal®.

According to the architects, Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg (KPMB), the new building design is a direct expression of Rotman's core mission to promote creativity, innovation, and integrative thinking in 21st century business education. The overall concept advances the school's long-term sustainability and business strategy, and will meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver requirements.

The thin, lightweight Ductal® sandwich cladding panels met the project team’s requirements in order to contribute to the building’s energy efficiency. The panels also met requirements for aesthetics, cost and sustainability.

Ductal® Cladding Solution for this vacant grocery store, near Chicago, transformed into a modern behavioral health services facility, the Rosecrance Ware Center: with a terracotta finish.
