Ductal® se puede colar para crear formas orgánicas o cortar en ángulos limpios. Su carácter mineral permite aportar profundidad y sombras o lograr una fusión total con el entorno.

1. Estética

Además de ser finos y ligeros, los elementos para envolventes Ductal® aportan una excelente resistencia a los impactos, estanqueidad y una mayor durabilidad. Eso implica una mayor comodidad, con la ventaja añadida de que la eficiencia de la envolvente del edificio permite ampliar la superficie alquilable y reducir los costes operativos en cualquier tipo de proyecto.

La diferencia de Ductal® Envelope con otras soluciones reforzadas con fibra reside en que mantiene sus propiedades mecánicas durante todo el ciclo de vida del edificio gracias a las fibras específicas utilizadas y a la densidad de empaquetamiento del material.

2. Rendimiento

La baja porosidad y la alta durabilidad, ductilidad y resiliencia de Ductal® no solo mejora la eficiencia energética (control solar y de calefacción), sino que amplía el ciclo de vida, que puede llegar hasta los 100 años de servicio. ¡Casi cinco veces más que con el hormigón tradicional! La estética también se mantiene durante más tiempo, lo que contribuye a seguir reduciendo los costes operativos.

Su ligereza y versatilidad, que permiten la fabricación fuera de las instalaciones, se unen a la optimización de la cadena de suministro para reducir la huella de carbono total del material.

Cuando llega la hora de la sustitución, Ductal® se puede reciclar mediante un proceso que consume muy poca energía y que consiste en triturar el material en una especie de molinillo de pimienta gigante.
