For this project, the three important aspects were aesthetics, durability and longevity with a jobsite localisation in the earth of Paris.

The architect's idea was to create a very high quality mineral facade with a smoother texture than that of a traditional concrete solution.

The architectural agence has chosen an external thermal insulation so as not to modify the surfaces of the renovated residential housing.

Moreover, the choice of a wood frame wall associated with the Ductal cladding made it possible to meet environmental requirements.

The ductal cladding allowed to offer a sustainable mineral facade with 16 mm thick panels.
