Its wood/concrete composite provides a lightweight facade while guaranteeing exceptional thermal performance, thus eliminating thermal bridges at floor level. Furthermore, its reduced wall thickness (minimum 20 cm) allows for a significant gain in living space compared to traditional solutions, meeting current housing optimization needs. From a technical standpoint, this solution, which has received ATEx certification (case a), boasts remarkable characteristics ensuring its reliability in various contexts. Validated for installation in seismic zones, it guarantees enhanced structural safety. Its light weight facilitates handling and installation while maintaining excellent acoustic performance.
