Our Products

The following Ductal® Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) products are available in North America for structural application.

Ductal® JS1000

Ductal® JS1000 is Lafarge’s standard UHPC material commonly used for closure pour applications. It is best known for achieving 14,000 psi compressive strength in 4 days (when cured at lab temperatures), which is usually stipulated in the UHPC special provision. The strength gain rate will vary depending on the on-site curing temperature. JS1000 is a self-leveling, self-consolidating (i.e. fluid) material with a working time of 2 hours, making it ideal for large, continuous placements.

Ductal® JS1212

Ductal® JS1212 is Lafarge’s early high-strength UHPC material commonly used for closure pour applications. It is best known for achieving 12,000 psi compressive strength in 12 hours (when cured with supplemental heat), which is usually stipulated in the UHPC special provision. Where supplemental heat is not used, JS1212 can attain 14,000 psi compressive strength in 30 hours (when cured at lab temperatures). The strength gain rate will vary depending on the on-site curing temperature. JS1212 is a self-leveling, self-consolidating (i.e. fluid) material with a working time of 45 minutes. Caution should be taken when using this product for large, continuous pours.

Ductal® TX1000

Ductal® TX1000 is Lafarge’s thixotropic UHPC material most commonly used for structural overlays where slope retention on up to 10% slopes is needed.
